Is there a service contract?
No. There is no written contract. However, the service is set to automatically renew - monthly or annually - unless a customer cancels his or her subscription. Customers are free to cancel anytime and can do so by emailing us at email@example.com. Should you cancel your account, the automatic renewal will not occur and your account will expire at the end of the original subscription period.
If the price of Mobile Media Guard increases will my monthly payment or yearly renewal increase as well?
No. When you subscribe for the Mobile Media Guard service, the price you pay on day one is the price you will continue to pay until your subscription is canceled.
If I purchased a monthly subscription can I change it to an annual subscription, or vice versa?
Yes. If you purchased a monthly subscription you can cancel the subscription anytime and purchase an annual subscription. The annual subscription will begin the day you purchase the subscription. If you have a yearly subscription and want to change to a monthly subscription you would cancel your subscription before it renews and then purchase a monthly subscription. We are happy to assist you if you want to alter your subscription. You can always email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Will the subscription fees appear on my phone bill?
No. We are not affiliated with any mobile phone service provider. Subscription fees will be billed to the credit card used when purchasing the Mobile Media Guard service.
When will my credit card be charged?
If you purchase a monthly subscription, your credit card will be billed on the same date each month. For example, if you purchased your subscription on the 15th of the month your credit card will be billed each month on the 15th of that month for as long as you keep that subscription active.
Can I change the credit card that my subscription is charged to?
Yes. You can always update your account information. Email us at email@example.com and we will be happy to assist you. For your security, DO NOT include specific credit credit details in your email.
Can I purchase a yearly subscription for one child and a monthly subscription for another and still receive the discounted price for the additional line?
Yes. If you purchase an annual subscription as well as a monthly subscription, we will honor the discounted price on the monthly subscription. In order to get the discounted rate, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
How many subscriptions can I purchase?
We currently have the capacity to handle up to 10 subscriptions per account. In order to add more subscriptions you would need to create a new account.
